Free Shipping
All orders over $49 to be shipped throughout the 48 contiguous United States receives free USPS Priority Mail shipping! Destinations outside this area will be charged the current international shipping rate and are not eligible for free shipping offers.

Domestic Shipping

For your convenience we offer UPS Ground, FedEx Ground Home Delivery, FedEx 2 Day, FedEx Standard Overnight and USPS Priority Mail shipping on orders shipped within the U.S.

UPS cannot deliver to APO, FPO, PO Boxes or anywhere outside the continental U.S. Note: PO Box, APO, FPO are shipped via USPS, therefore, packages will be delayed an additional 2-3 days for shipping.

Bongo International provides our customers with their very own US address. Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases with us as well as other US based online retailers. Duties, Customs and VAT:
International orders are subject to Duties, Customs and Value Added Taxes. These charges MUST be paid upon receipt of your order. Be sure to verify the additional cost you may incur with the authorities of the country the order is being shipped to.

Tax Policies
Wagberry automatically charges and withholds the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of New York. You are solely responsible for all sales taxes, use taxes, other taxes, duties, and tariffs on orders shipped to any other state or jurisdiction.


RETURNS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, you may return it within 7 days for a full refund or exchange. All returns/exchanges must be in original packaging, unused and in sellable condition. We cannot honor returns or exchanges for any merchandise that has been used, altered, damaged or is not in its original new condition. All returns/exchanges require a prior Return Authorization Number from Wagberry, no exceptions. Exchange/returns will not be accepted without an authorization number. If an item arrives damaged or defective you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will replace it at no extra charge to you. Any shipping cost will be paid at the costumer’s own expense. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please allow one billing period for any refunds to appear on your credit card statement. Please return your items with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Please be advised that until there is proof that we have received your merchandise, it is your property. Wagberry is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Items returned through the U.S. Mail using only insurance without delivery confirmation can be lost in transit. Insurance by itself does not provide proof of delivery. If an insured item becomes lost, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the Post Office to recover their loss for their merchandise. Insurance with the post office is a transaction between the individual and the United States Postal Service, and is not affiliated with Wagberry. All return orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
